All About Jeff

Jeff Siebold is the proud author of seven novels in the Zeke Traynor Mystery series and is currently hard at work on the eighth, as well as two other books, and some short stories! After spending a career as a commercial real estate investor, he made the wonderful decision to move to the Southport-Oak Island area over 20 years ago. ​

He wrote his first novel in 2015 and hasn’t looked back since! An enthusiastic reader since childhood, Jeff has a special love for mystery and adventure stories. Some of his favorite authors include Lee Child, John Grisham, the remarkable Agatha Christie (especially her delightful Hercule Poirot series), as well as John Sandford, Robert B. Parker, Dan Brown, and Michael Connelly.

 

These days, Jeff enjoys life on Caswell Beach with his wife, Karin, just a stone's throw from the picturesque Cape Fear River, famously celebrated by one of his other favorite authors, John D. MacDonald. Their adult children are living their own exciting lives and occasionally come back to visit the beach, and their parents of course (wink).
